Algeria's judiciary system is harassing Kabylia's dissidents, even after serving an arbitrary sentence.
Algeria's judiciary system is harassing Kabylia's dissidents, even after serving an arbitrary sentence.

According to the defense’s attorney–Fetta Sadat, Esq–the Appellate Criminal Court of Algiers cancelled today’s session related to 49 Kabyle defendants, among them:

-Bouaziz Ait Chebib Bouaziz,

-Lounes Hamzi,

-Mira Moknache (currently imprisoned),

-Hocine Azem,

-Mustapha Akouche,

-Murad Chabane,

-Miloud Mebarki,

-Lahlou Bechack

-Hocine Bellili,

-Hamza Bouaoune

For your information, this is the second time that this proceeding has been postponed. It seems these cancellations  are a process planned by the Algerian judicial system to pursue harassment and a wear policy against Kabylians to implement fear and despair to quell dissent activists in Kabylia.
