Boubaker Issad’s Grim Case

Boubaker Issad, a Kabyle citizen from Aokas region, was arbitrary arrested and remanded in custody for a mere publication on Facebook. Currently, he's suffering from mental health issues, and needs a swift medical assistance but not a prison time.

Therefore, his neighbors from the village of Tala Khaled, Azmour and Agmoun are reaching out the Algerian authorities to review his case to lessen his sentence by releasing him as soon as possible.

They're calling human rights defenders and all humans who are sensitive to his case to advocate for his immediate release.

KHR organization is appalled by Issad's grim situation, and calls for his immediate release.
