Lyes Touati–A human rights activist domiciled in Aokas region was arrested by the police department of Aokas, then transferred to Bejaia police department where he’s being held under arrest warrant.

He will be presented to prosecutors in upcoming hours for a trial.

KHR organization is appalled by his arbitrary detention and calls for his immediate release.
