We are shocked and appalled about the arbitrary arrest of Mr.Allas Di Telleli —an author, a journalist and human rights advocate in Kabylia. We have just been briefed about his transfer to Tizi-Ouzou prison. KHR organization denounces and condemns his unlawful detention. We demand his immediate release.
